JOB-1498

A small, fast-moving startup runs an AI-native manufacturing marketplace that supplies parts to aerospace and defense customers and is registered for export-controlled work. It needs a full-stack developer who can contribute in the first week and take ownership of a production system shortly afterward.

In this role

  • Work on the existing customer marketplace, supplier portal and internal ERP, fixing bugs and shipping improvements that users see immediately
  • Take over one core production system early on and keep it dependable as traffic grows
  • Collaborate with the CTO, the founders and a very small engineering group, converting vague asks from customers and suppliers into functioning software
  • Expand automated testing across the products, a major current priority with plenty of ownership available
  • Drive features from initial scoping to release across React and Next.js, Node and Python, Postgres and MongoDB, and AWS
  • Strengthen ETL pipelines, backend APIs and AI-based workflows that interpret customers’ drawings and CAD models, automating more of procurement

What you bring

  • Roughly one to three years of full stack experience; two to three is ideal, and standout new grads with solid internships may be considered
  • Shipped production code in a JavaScript or TypeScript stack such as React, Next.js and Node/Express
  • Startup, founder or small-team background with a record of shipping quickly
  • Bonus points for experience with test frameworks, data pipelines, lightweight ML models or CAD and OCR files
  • US citizenship or Green Card status

On-site in the San Francisco Bay Area, five days a week. No visa sponsorship.
