A Series A company with positive cash flow that supplies an agentic AI platform to banks and credit unions is hiring a senior product manager. The company is launching new products at speed and wants an owner-minded, first-principles thinker who will work hand in hand with the chief executive and the head of product.
Your scope
- Take responsibility for results and metrics in a defined product area, going beyond feature delivery
- Sequence and defend that area’s roadmap within the strategy product leadership defines
- Work with senior engineers nearly every day, debating technical tradeoffs rather than just passing along tickets
- Lead discovery, then shape customer and stakeholder feedback into a plan you would defend
- Coach a more junior PM working in the same area
- Ensure the shipped product genuinely functions
What you bring
- Three to five years as a product manager, including end-to-end ownership of a product or subdomain with real autonomy, whether at a startup or big tech
- Experience building or shipping conversational AI, contact-center technology or other complex AI products
- Direct collaboration with engineers on technical decisions, such as a technical-PM or former-engineer background
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools, such as building prototypes with Claude or Cursor
- A bachelor’s degree; B2B, fintech or regulated-industry exposure is a plus
