The person will take the raw material the team already produces, such as customer conversations, internal discussions, product releases and the founder’s public writing, and convert it into distribution, automating heavily with coding agents. They will report straight to the founder.
Your focus
- Create automated workflows powered by coding agents like Codex or Claude Code, spanning content, advertising, SEO and AI search, and outbound
- Revive the company blog and release notes, and convert product news and posts into articles
- Run paid campaigns on X and arrange content swaps with partners
- Study open-source usage, website, documentation and newsletter-subscriber data to decide what to develop next
- Own each system from strategy through shipping
What you bring
- Two to eight years in GTM engineering at a B2B developer or AI infrastructure company
- Track record shipping GTM automations, integrations and scrapers with coding agents, covering both strategy and build
- Experience with inbound and outbound acquisition systems, including content, SEO, ads and outreach across LinkedIn, email and X
- TypeScript or Python skills; familiarity with analytics and GTM tools such as Attio, PostHog or Clay is a plus
- Early-stage startup experience is a plus; a whole career inside rigid big-tech processes is not
Remote within the United States. Not able to consider candidates who need visa sponsorship or transfer.
