A small, fast-moving wealth advisory firm that is rebuilding financial advice around AI is hiring product-minded engineers in New York. Each hire takes full ownership of a product area, working directly with advisors, operators and clients to prototype, ship and refine.
What you’ll own
- Internal tools that let a single advisor give attentive service to many more clients without quality slipping
- Client-facing portals where people see their whole financial picture and engage with their advisor, which also feeds organic growth
- The AI layer behind it all: what agents can call on, and how they are woven into the product itself
- Research and planning agents that advisors can trust, with attention to compliance, auditability and honest signaling of uncertainty
- Data migration systems that absorb messy records from acquired firms into clean, usable data
About you
- Roughly four to ten years of full-stack product engineering (Python, TypeScript and React)
- Shipped product at a strong startup or well-known tech company, and owned an area end to end without a PM handing you specs
- A habit of watching real users work and forming your own point of view about what they need
- Bonus: generative UI, real-time interfaces, RAG or agent frameworks
- High standards, quick pace and a kind, direct, low-ego style on a tight-knit team
On-site five days a week in New York, NY. Visa transfers, including H-1B, are supported; new sponsorship is not.
