JOB-1463

A fast-moving clinical AI firm that works with healthcare organizations needs a customer-facing specialist to make sure each rollout delivers real value. You will be the link between hospital and clinic customers and the engineers behind the product.

Scope

  • Guide each customer from the first day after signature into steady-state use, with very frequent sessions in the opening weeks and regular check-ins afterward across a handful of accounts
  • Represent the company alone in meetings that can include a large group of clinicians and senior executives, and earn their trust
  • Connect the product to client electronic medical record systems, launch it and teach end users how to get the most from it
  • Turn customer feedback and problems into precise requirements for engineering, then chase them to resolution
  • Measure the return each deployment produces, spot room to expand, and help create repeatable processes as the company moves toward larger health systems

What you bring

  • Three to five years of working experience, including at least a year in a role facing customers such as implementation, deployment or project management
  • Ease around software systems and the ability to talk plainly with engineers; knowing SQL helps a lot
  • An undergraduate degree from a highly regarded school
  • Background at a startup or rapidly scaling company, relaxed about ambiguity and used to creating your own process
  • Python exposure is helpful

On-site in New York, NY, five days a week. US work authorization is required and visa sponsorship is not offered.
