Senior Frontend Engineer (Senior Care Fintech)

A quickly expanding fintech platform that handles payments and revenue operations for senior care providers is hiring a frontend engineer for its small, early-stage engineering group. You will partner with the CTO on product direction, the design system and the engineering culture.

Your focus

• Build and extend the design system and the frontend architecture
• Join product and design colleagues in shaping ideas, direction and the user experience
• Frame solutions to unfamiliar problems and own projects from start to finish
• Suggest and apply upgrades to the frontend tooling
• Release features that make a tangible difference for senior care providers and the families depending on them

What you bring

• Three to six years of frontend engineering, centered on React and preferably TypeScript
• Experience on user-facing products such as dashboards, portals or customer apps
• Time at an early- or growth-stage startup
• A computer science or related engineering degree
• Clear spoken and written communication with non-technical partners in product and operations
• Fintech or healthtech background, and component-driven development experience, are bonuses

Hybrid in New York, NY or the San Francisco Bay Area. No general visa sponsorship, though TN visas can be supported.
