Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Voice AI Platform)

A venture-backed voice AI company that automates phone conversations for businesses is hiring senior full-stack engineers. The platform handles a very large number of AI-driven calls, and the role sits close to the founding team, with quick feedback loops and frequent customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Build key features including orchestration of prompts, reporting dashboards, analytics and phone-network integrations
• Develop systems that run from refined user interfaces to reliable APIs and deployment pipelines
• Drive projects through design, launch and iteration, owning the code and the release
• Design interfaces and APIs that allow customers to get started within hours
• Help customers onboard, debug problems and convert their feedback into product improvements

Who thrives here

• Five or more years as a balanced full-stack engineer, at several startups or in a long tenure at a large tech company
• Strong front-end skills in React and TypeScript
• Strong back-end skills in Python or Node.js, plus AWS and a solid grasp of distributed systems

• Voice AI experience and senior or staff-level background are preferred
