A growing startup that puts AI agents to work inside accounting firms needs an experienced person to run what happens after the contract is signed. The role is individual-contributor, customer-facing and process-driven, and suits someone who combines polish in front of clients with real implementation skill.
Scope
- Own each client’s path from signature through pilot, rollout, training and continuing use
- Lead workshops and training so accounting teams learn to work with the AI agents
- Act as project manager for every account and resolve problems as they arise
- Convert a client’s business objectives into agent workflows that change how accounting work gets done
- Pass customer observations back to engineering to shape the product
About you
- Five to twelve years of experience deploying enterprise SaaS, leading finance transformation or similar customer-facing work, preferably inside a startup or scale-up
- Hands-on experience running complex platform rollouts, including configuring workflows, running pilots and training users
- Articulate and comfortable with demanding enterprise relationships
- Working knowledge of accounting concepts such as general ledgers, QuickBooks and NetSuite; an accounting degree or CPA license is a big advantage
- Readiness for an intense, all-in startup pace
