A small, early-stage startup is applying AI agents to production planning and quote generation for chemical manufacturers, and it is growing quickly with large enterprise customers and a push into Europe. It is hiring full-stack engineers who can take features from idea to production in a zero-to-one setting.
The work
- Design and ship autonomous agents that prepare quotes, set prices and surface upsell opportunities for large chemical producers
- Own product features across the whole stack in React, Next.js and TypeScript
- Connect the product to enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP
- Solve deployment and data-residency challenges so European customers stay GDPR compliant
Who thrives here
- Three to eight years building and shipping full-stack products, ideally in startups
- Real production experience operating LLM agents, covering orchestration, evaluation and reliability, with a framework like LangGraph or Mastra
- Strong React and TypeScript skills; Next.js experience is a plus
- Sharp product instincts and deep fluency in AI-assisted development
- Genuine curiosity about new AI techniques, well beyond what a day job demands
- Comfort with ambiguity and with owning outcomes
