JOB-1580

A startup building an AI-agent-driven integration platform for enterprises needs its first infrastructure engineer. You would partner closely with the chief technology officer to build everything underneath the product, set the patterns later infrastructure hires follow, and assist in hiring and later managing that team.

What you’ll own

  • The full infrastructure and platform layer, including a runtime that survives failures, isolates untrusted code in sandboxes and repairs itself
  • Infrastructure that supports coding agents as they author, verify and release integration code to live systems
  • An observability layer giving enterprise customers clear insight into how integrations and agents behave
  • A dedicated, customer-hosted version of the platform that runs inside a customer’s own cloud
  • Hiring and team building, using your network and stepping up into management

Who thrives here

  • At least three years at fast-growing startups, with a history of owning core infrastructure end to end at a venture-backed company
  • Deep production Kubernetes experience, including operating, scaling and debugging clusters
  • Strong skills on AWS, Azure or GCP
  • A builder’s mindset: you ship platform code, not only operational tooling, and you stay hands-on
  • Plus: experience with multi-cloud or self-hostable deployment systems
  • Comfort in fast, ambiguous settings where production releases happen constantly

On-site in the San Francisco Bay Area. Visa transfers considered, though not new sponsorship applications.
