JOB-1559
A Series B healthcare AI company that has scaled revenue sharply is hiring an engineer to work inside large hospital systems. The job is to take clinicians’ rough ideas and ship them as working AI agents on an established platform that already handles millions of patient records.
The work
- Spend time with doctors, hospital technology staff and clinical sponsors to learn how their days actually run and where things break
- Shape loosely defined clinical concepts into well-scoped, production-ready agents
- Build, release and test agents from start to finish, including the evaluations that confirm correct behavior
- Keep live deployments valuable by tuning agents as clinical standards and operational feedback evolve
- Close the gap fast when something fails, so a physician’s report turns into a platform fix within days
What you bring
- Roughly one to six years as a full-stack or forward-deployed engineer
- Solid Python for backend work, plus React and TypeScript on the front end
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or another STEM field
- A clear mark of distinction, such as a top-tier university, fast career progression or a standout early team at a high-growth startup
- Nice to have: Rust, Kubernetes and AWS familiarity, plus health-tech exposure
Hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area. Visa transfers and new visa sponsorship are both open.
