Staff Product Manager, AI (Social Commerce)

A fast-paced startup that runs a social commerce platform needs a senior product leader to drive its AI features, from generative prompting workflows to decision engines driven by data. The position reports to the CEO and rewards fast execution and close attention to what customers need.

What you’ll own

• Take AI capabilities in the platform through the whole lifecycle, from first discovery to a successful launch
• Work alongside engineering, design and customer-facing colleagues to build prompting workflows and tune the underlying models
• Set and monitor success measures for AI features, such as accuracy, conversion and the effect of automation
• Help set strategy by finding the most valuable opportunities in AI-driven social engagement and personalization
• Start on substantial flagship projects right away, shipping and iterating quickly despite ambiguity

Profile

• Five to eight years as a product manager on AI-forward products, currently in a PM role
• Zero-to-one experience at an early or growth-stage startup, not only at a large company
• Customer-facing PM background at well-regarded technology companies
• Real proficiency with AI and with building AI products, plus comfort prototyping
• Clear progression and promotions across your career
• Appetite for ownership and for a fast-moving environment
• Plus: consumer products, especially social, shopping or creator ecosystems

Hybrid in the South Bay (Silicon Valley). Visa transfers are considered.
