A team inside a rapidly scaling, AI-native company is hiring technical product managers. The team, made up of engineers and ex-founders who like to build, embeds with other departments to deepen how intelligence is used in their daily work, aiming for agents that handle whole jobs with little human involvement.
Scope
- Create and release AI agents for use inside the company: ones that deploy code to production, maintain organizational knowledge and carry out whole roles
- Be responsible for how context is organized, deciding which sources are authoritative and keeping docs matching how things really work
- Design integrations and MCP servers so internal tools can be used by AI agents throughout the organization
- Develop evaluation suites, review how agents behave step by step and iterate toward better results
- Devise fresh tooling, user experiences and ways of working that let people and agents collaborate as the company scales quickly
Ideal background
- Five to fifteen years as a PM, engineer or founder building B2B software, having started in engineering or shipped production code
- Experience at a respected B2B software or AI startup (Series B to E) in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
- Can code proficiently or is a power user of AI coding tools, able to build with AI
- First-principles, builder mindset and a history of bringing technical B2B software or AI products to market
- Keen to push agents into practical business problems and excited about coding agents
- A point of view on where AI can drive efficiency across a business
