JOB-1956

A small AI-native healthcare software company is rebuilding the tools behind care delivery and wants a full-stack engineer to be accountable for the platform’s core. The team is tiny and the ambition is large, so the engineer here designs, builds and answers for foundational systems rather than only reviewing other people’s changes.

What you’ll own

  • Clinical workflow products with AI at the core that help providers with notes, care plans, reassessments and oversight
  • Billing and payment systems covering authorization, claims adjudication, invoicing and payout
  • Tools that simplify setting up and running a clinical practice, including credentialing, payroll, compliance and scheduling
  • Products that families use during care, such as signing up, booking, messaging, following progress and paying bills
  • Internal automation, both software and AI, that lets a small team support a large provider network
  • Platform foundations such as data modeling, APIs, security, reliability and AI infrastructure, taking features from schema to user interface

Who thrives here

  • Four to ten years in full-stack engineering with strong Python and some NoSQL experience such as MongoDB
  • Prior work in settings where correctness matters, like fintech, healthcare, insurance or logistics
  • A systems mindset: modeling states, transitions and edge cases and turning messy processes into clean abstractions
  • Strong product sense and ease working from loosely defined problems without a full spec
  • Daily use of AI tools and a bachelor’s degree
  • Healthtech background is a plus
