JOB-1930
An enterprise software startup offering AI-native planning tools for supply chains is hiring its first product marketer. The product already has paying customers, working features and market feedback, so the company needs someone to craft the narrative that explains why it beats entrenched legacy vendors and helps deals close sooner.
Scope
- Craft positioning and key messages for the product, starting with demand planning
- Convert that messaging into assets like website copy, solution overviews and case studies
- Feed campaigns run by the demand generation lead with content, stories and proof points
- Own sales enablement so sellers ramp quickly and win more often
- Run launches as an individual contributor reporting to the CMO, and establish a launch process the company can reuse
Ideal background
- Six to eleven years in B2B enterprise product marketing
- Prior launches and publicly visible work, such as web pages or product documentation, that you can point to
- Regular use of AI tools to boost your own output
- A critical-thinking, rising-star profile rather than a pure people manager
- Capacity to travel up to about 15 percent
- Product marketing exposure at fast-growing enterprise AI companies is a plus; field-only marketing backgrounds will not fit
On-site in the San Francisco Bay Area. No visa sponsorship or transfers.
