A Series A startup building an AI knowledge platform for investment professionals is hiring product engineers who like building the product from first principles. Engineers here work close to customers, ship fast and handle sensitive financial information with care.
Day to day
- Design interfaces that become part of investors’ everyday workflows, including features that show analysts where each AI answer originated
- Create APIs that let the platform operate inside conversational tools, bespoke workflows and applications like spreadsheets
- Develop ingestion pipelines that convert scattered, messy data like PDFs, emails and spreadsheets into one knowledge engine
- Speak directly with customers, learn their pain points and deliver fixes within days
- Uphold strict standards for security, privacy and reliability
- Build thorough evaluation sets to keep LLM systems dependable
What you bring
- Five to ten years shipping full-stack products with React and TypeScript plus Python or Node
- Background designing schemas and APIs for large systems
- Enthusiasm for putting AI into production and building reliable products around it
- Time at a company known for a high engineering bar and a record of rapid progression
- A computer science degree from a strong program
- Real motivation for early-stage startup work; finance or fintech knowledge is a bonus
