A young company that builds business software for enterprise customers, with a flat structure and a strong emphasis on individual ownership, is hiring full stack engineers. Engineers here create customer solutions on the company’s in-house development platform and also contribute to the platform itself.
Day to day
- Build solutions for customers and help evolve pieces of the underlying platform
- Stay accountable for each product after launch as well as before: building it, verifying it, running it and supporting its users
- Work through business problems with customers and colleagues to shape sound designs for loosely defined needs
- Create and support full-stack web applications that scale, built on AWS, React, TypeScript and Python
- Drive initiatives from start to finish and take on wider scope as you prove yourself
- Use AI tooling to work faster and to create software designed around AI from the start
About you
- Two to seven years of full-stack web development (more is fine), with products you built and shipped to production
- Strong Python and FastAPI, plus professional TypeScript and React
- Prior work on business software, whether SaaS sold to companies, internal tools or products built for consulting clients
- Customer-facing experience explaining and defending designs to stakeholders
- AWS experience and solid grounding in data structures and systems design
- Docker and CI/CD are nice to have, as is experience with LLM integration or agentic systems
On-site in the San Francisco Bay Area, the South Bay (Silicon Valley) or Canada. Existing work visas may transfer, but new sponsorship is not offered.
