Product Engineer, Full Stack (Healthcare AI)

A healthcare startup is developing an AI-enabled platform meant to expand what clinical teams can handle. It is hiring a product-focused full-stack engineer to shape and scale the core systems behind that platform.

Role overview

• Design, develop and grow the central platform systems, spanning user interfaces and server-side services
• Develop AI and machine-learning driven features inside the product
• Partner with colleagues from other functions to improve outcomes for users
• Deliver polished, intuitive experiences, taking a strong technical lead on either the client side or the server side

Background

• Two to five years as a full-stack engineer shipping production-grade software at venture-backed startups or well-known tech companies
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC-style architectures and AWS
• Familiarity with current AI technology such as LLMs, retrieval-based systems and automation
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or another STEM field
• Full-stack experience, rather than a purely frontend or purely backend history

Hybrid in New York, NY, roughly three days a week in the office, or willingness to relocate to the area. Candidates must already hold US work authorization; no visa sponsorship, including TN.
