A leading software company serving corporate R&D labs is expanding a fast-moving implementations team. The role suits a recent science graduate who wants to work directly with chemists and materials researchers, turning their lab processes and experimental results into a structured digital system.
The work
- Lead hands-on rollouts for enterprise research customers, moving their older data and workflows onto the company’s platform
- Interpret scientific datasets and reorganize them, deciding how best to model each customer’s experimental approach
- Join customer sessions with scientists, lab staff and research leaders, and gradually run them yourself
- Support senior implementation leads on big enterprise deployments, or run smaller accounts independently
- Feed what you learn in the field to the product and engineering groups so they can shape the platform
About you
- A bachelor’s or combined master’s in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or a related STEM field from a highly ranked university
- Research exposure through internships or academic lab work
- Fluency in both French and English at a professional level
- A real interest in software, such as Python scripting or comfort with data tools
- Confident communication and a polished presence with customers
- Comfort handling spreadsheets, large datasets and the structure of scientific data
Hybrid, based in New York, NY, the UK or Europe. Visa transfers considered; candidates needing new sponsorship are less likely to be a fit.
