Founding Full-Stack Engineer (Enterprise AI Agents)

A Seed-stage startup building a platform for enterprises to run AI agents safely is hiring an early engineer. Adoption is climbing fast, and this person would help the product keep pace by owning much of the application side and shaping what gets built.

What you’ll own

• The application tier of the platform, including monitoring, access controls, the admin console and customer-facing dashboards
• Backend services and APIs designed to scale, along with internal developer tooling
• Architectural and product calls, made in direct conversation with early customers who influence the roadmap
• Features taken from first idea through design, build and release
• The agent infrastructure itself, as it has to stretch to handle growing demand

Profile

• Three to seven years of full-stack engineering at product-led companies
• Strong product instincts and a record of owning features from start to finish
• Evidence of excellence, for example work at a respected product-driven company or quant/AI shop, early engineering at a venture-backed startup, or fast promotion
• Ability to explain the hardest thing you built and the reasoning behind your decisions
• A technical degree from a strong school
• Helpful extras: AI or agentic workflow experience, and cloud deployment with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
