Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI Sales Platform for Consumer Goods)

A venture-backed startup is modernizing how consumer packaged goods brands sell through brokers, using an AI-driven platform for prospecting and outreach. It is hiring a senior engineer to take charge of the product and technology behind it, with a realistic path toward leading engineering over time.

What you’ll own

• The entire platform, from finding and contacting prospects to following orders and handling repeat purchases as scope widens
• A tight feedback loop with the sales staff who use the tool daily and sit beside you, converted quickly into improvements
• Rapid shipping through the UI, server and data layers with AI coding agents such as Cursor and Devin
• Clean data models built from untidy retail data, plus API integrations with outside systems such as ERPs
• Product roadmap decisions made directly with the founders, and eventually leadership of the engineering team

Who thrives here

• Three to eight years as a full-stack developer at a reputable, high-growth startup (Series A or later)
• Proven ownership of a complete product or platform, with strong product instincts
• Modern JavaScript frameworks, Python or a similar language, and comfort on the Linux command line
• Solid grounding in relational databases, ORMs, data modeling and ETL
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical field
• Interest in food and beverage or consumer brands, even without direct industry experience
