Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer (AI Sales Software)

A fast-growing startup that builds AI software for coaching field and in-person sales teams is adding a senior engineer to its early technical group. The person in this seat will shape engineering standards while the business scales many times over, and will carry product decisions directly rather than waiting on a product manager.

What you’ll own

• Design and ship complete features across web, mobile and backend at a quick pace
• Decide what gets built and why, keeping in touch with customers via advisory panels and site visits
• Contribute to several product areas, including audio processing, storage and data pipelines, and the mobile app that end users carry
• Establish coding practices and technical decision habits that the growing team will follow
• Build internal tooling and cloud infrastructure so the platform keeps pace with growth

Who thrives here

• Four or more years as a software engineer, with real user-facing products shipped from zero to one
• Production full-stack work in TypeScript with React or React Native, plus Python or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and services deployed on AWS
• Time spent at a high-growth, talent-dense startup (seed through Series D), or big-tech experience that clearly shows the same ownership
• A strong wish to talk with customers and be accountable for the problem definition without a PM layer
