Full-Stack Engineer (Healthcare AI)

A well-funded healthcare technology company is growing the team behind its AI documentation product, which listens to patient visits and drafts clinical notes so clinicians spend less time on paperwork. The app runs across Apple and Android phones plus browsers, and the work reaches from live audio capture to connections with electronic health record systems.

What you’ll own

• Help steer the full-stack architecture of AI-driven healthcare software built to scale
• Work across the technology stack, including Python, Go, TypeScript and React
• Plan and lead delivery of new features, weighing what is technically practical, easy to use and valuable to the business
• Establish expectations for how code is written, tested and released
• Mentor less experienced engineers on architecture and craft
• Turn input from product, design and clinical colleagues into clear interfaces, and help customers resolve their problems directly

Who thrives here

• Two to eight years as a full-stack engineer at reputable, fast-growing technology companies
• Solid technical fundamentals, especially in Python, along with React and TypeScript on the frontend
• Proven ownership during a high-growth stage and comfort with the pace and ambiguity of a startup
• A computer science or other technical degree from a strong university
• Clear communication and real interest in building products for healthcare
• A plus: regulated-industry or note-taking product experience, containers and Kubernetes, cross-platform work with Flutter
