JOB-1784
A digital health company serving people enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare and dual-eligible plans needs a researcher to make sure product, content and design choices reflect how its members really live and use care. The researcher will handle studies from start to finish and work side by side with design, member engagement and product leadership.
What you’ll own
- Frame the research questions and run studies end to end
- Recruit members to take part in interviews and tests
- Combine what members tell you with behavioral analytics so findings rest on both stories and data
- Turn raw observations into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with the product designer, the member engagement lead and the head of product on experiences that keep members connected to their care
- Use LLM tools to speed up research operations, transcript synthesis and prototype stimuli
Ideal background
- Two to five years as a dedicated UX or user researcher on digital products, not a mainly visual-design career
- Comfort pairing qualitative work with quantitative tools such as Amplitude, Snowflake and Sigma
- Degree required; SQL is a plus
- Experience with hard-to-reach groups such as older adults, low-income users or people with limited digital literacy is a plus
- Healthcare, public-benefits or civic-tech research, or familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs, is a plus
Hybrid in New York, NY. No visa sponsorship available.
