A fast-growing AI company in insurance technology is seeking a strategy and operations hire to help scale how it handles insurance claims. The person will work closely with the CEO and can move quickly into leading a core part of the business.
Your focus
- Take charge of special projects and company-level initiatives sponsored by the CEO
- Set up and formalize the claims function while the company grows fast, including process design, hiring and workflows
- Create scalable processes, grounded in data, that improve how product workflows run
- Lead problem solving spanning product, engineering and commercial groups
- Switch between varied, high-stakes initiatives and bring structure to every one
Who thrives here
- Two or more years at a top consulting firm, a bank or a private equity shop, or in a strategy-and-operations seat at a leading startup
- A highly structured, analytical mind with careful attention to detail
- Strong communication across functions and the knack of quickly building rapport with clients, colleagues and partners
- A high-intensity operator who enjoys ambiguity and fast growth
- Ability to be based in San Francisco and work in the office
