A startup that sells an AI agent platform to large logistics and supply chain enterprises is hiring a senior strategist to run customer deployments from start to finish. The person acts as the link between big-company customers and the internal teams, turning intricate supply chain processes into live agent setups that automate critical operations.
Scope
- Lead enterprise rollouts from the first discovery sessions through launch and long-term customer success
- Act as the senior contact for high-value accounts, handling stakeholder updates and expectation management
- Convert complex business procedures into executable agent workflows, working alongside delivery engineers
- Juggle one to three demanding accounts at once, each on its own timeline, with roughly 30 percent travel to reach customer milestones
- Shape the deployment playbook from an early seat in a brand-new function, helping it grow
What you bring
- Four to six years working closely with customers, including rolling out software to large organizations, ideally in consulting, business operations or similar roles
- Executive presence and polished communication, with regular exposure to VP and C-level audiences
- Technical comfort with LLMs, APIs, SQL and JSON, and the ability to map customer workflows onto agent designs
- Resilience in ambiguous, high-intensity settings, including long hours and travel on short notice
- Comfort with Excel and PowerPoint deliverables
- A client-facing mindset; a traditional internal product role is not the aim
