Target Salary: $150,000 – $225,000 + Competitive Equity + Benefits

JOB SUMMARY:

A rapidly growing Life Sciences/AI company is seeking multiple Software Engineers to help build the foundation of its platform and deliver solutions across the stack. Engineers will own major product areas, drive roadmaps, and deliver outcomes with significant autonomy and impact. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with leadership, operations, and customers to scale workflows that support patients, providers, and biopharma partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Own projects end-to-end, including definition, design, development, launch, and delivery of outcomes.

  • Build new features and products across the stack (frontend, backend, systems, debugging, testing).

  • Collaborate with operations and go-to-market teams on zero-to-one product development.

  • Participate in client engagements and interact with customers directly.

  • Establish and refine engineering processes, tools, and systems.

  • Balance rapid growth with long-term engineering sustainability.

FOCUS AREAS:

  • Automating insurance, affordability, and fulfillment workflows.

  • AI/ML for document classification, unstructured data extraction, and question answering.

  • RPA/scraping automation for third-party platforms.

  • State machine development to manage system decisions and failures.

  • Scaling workflows across drugs, patients, and providers.

  • Building robust ML/data pipelines from inconsistent inputs.

  • Designing intuitive AI-powered experiences for patients, physicians, and partners.

  • Developing predictive and simulation models for trials, adoption, and market dynamics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0–15 years of full-stack engineering experience at product-driven companies/startups.

  • Comfortable working across backend and frontend.

  • Experience at high-quality, fast-growing startups (e.g., Stripe, Square, Scale AI).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • History of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and delivering results.

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science from a top school preferred.

  • Bonus: Former founder, Pear Fellow, Neo Scholar.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
