JOB SUMMARY
A growing professional services firm is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support across hardware, software, and mobile devices. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, supporting end-users, and maintaining technology systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior law firm or professional services experience is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Support video conferences via Teams and Zoom.
- Maintain and track equipment inventory.
- Document support activity in the firm’s ticketing system.
- Occasionally travel to other offices and support office buildouts/expansions.
- Provide shift coverage or extended hours as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word), and iManage (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adhere to established procedures.
- Strong documentation discipline.
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
EDUCATION

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
