JOB SUMMARY

A rapidly scaling technology company is building a next-generation software platform to transform manufacturing and defense innovation in the U.S. The team has secured significant contracts with top industrial and defense partners and is now hiring Frontend and Fullstack Engineers to help drive the mission forward.

As a core engineer, you’ll own frontend architecture, build complex UI systems, and collaborate across the stack. This is a rare opportunity to develop software that directly impacts aerospace, defense, and manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own frontend architecture and contribute to overall system design.
  • Build and scale complex frontends with React, Typescript, Redux, and TailwindCSS.
  • Design reusable UI components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and integrations.
  • Implement advanced features including 3D visualizations (React Three.js, React Three Fiber).
  • Partner with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • Operate in a high-velocity environment, iterating quickly to deliver impactful features.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–5 years of software engineering experience (early-career, high-slope engineers welcome).
  • Strong experience with React and Typescript; ability to build complex frontend systems.
  • Familiarity with backend development (Go, Python, AWS) a plus.
  • Deep frontend expertise in performance, design systems, or 3D visualization.
  • Degree in CS, Math, EECS, or related field preferred.
  • Strong coding fundamentals and experience in startups, internships, or side projects.
  • Mission-driven, ownership-oriented, comfortable with in-office collaboration.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or industrial software.
  • Knowledge of C++, API/database design, or visualization frameworks (Three.js).
