JOB SUMMARY
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting. The role involves providing comprehensive support to attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist attorneys in managing caseloads, including organization and maintenance of court materials.
- Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court documents.
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and communications with minimal supervision.
- Manage dockets, calendars, matter dates, and deadlines.
- Review and summarize depositions; prepare deposition digests.
- Coordinate and assist with deposition, hearing, motion, and trial preparation.
- Support paper and electronic discovery processes, including:

- Identifying relevant electronically stored information (ESI).
- Drafting and issuing legal hold notices.
- Coordinating with clients on identification, preservation, and collection of discovery.
- Assisting with processing, reviewing, and coding ESI.
- Perform electronic filings (CM/ECF and New Jersey e-filing).
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Relativity and Concordance required.
- Knowledge of iManage a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
