JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a mid-level Litigation Paralegal to join its New York office. This role will support high-profile litigation matters and contribute to all phases of case management, from discovery and motion practice to hearings and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing complex litigation workflows in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for overtime and travel is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive litigation support across all phases of case development.
 - Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, notices, and forms.
 - Organize and manage paper and electronic case files, including trial binders, deposition materials, and court filings.
 - Support attorneys in deposition, hearing, and trial preparation.
 - Monitor deadlines, manage docket-related responsibilities, and maintain case calendars.
 - File legal documents in federal and state courts and coordinate with relevant court staff.
 - Assist with preparation of briefs, exhibits, and demonstratives.
 - Conduct factual and legal research; utilize document review platforms to manage case evidence.
 - Coordinate logistics for trial/arbitration, and attend proceedings as needed.
 - Mentor junior paralegals and assistants; act as a point of contact across support departments.
 - Perform other litigation-related tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–6 years of paralegal experience in litigation; large law firm experience preferred.
 - Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate required.
 - Strong command of Microsoft Office; experience with litigation support tools preferred.
 - Excellent communication, proofreading, and client service skills.
 - Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
 - Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
