Deployment Strategist (Mortgage Servicing Software)

A fast-growing software company that provides an AI-first platform to the largest US mortgage servicers is hiring a deployment strategist. The seat is for a driven operator from elite consulting, investment banking or a fast-scaling startup, someone ready to stop advising and start owning results.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise rollouts, starting by learning how a client’s operation really works, then setting up the platform, pushing adoption and producing measurable business results
• Work from client locations part of the time, observing workflows, studying data and fixing operational issues (light domestic travel)
• Team up with the engineering and product groups to turn messy legacy processes into scalable software
• Make calls with incomplete information, since every deployment looks different
• Help produce the guides, tools and workflows that make later rollouts quicker

Profile

• Three to six years in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or hedge funds, or at a high-growth startup
• A strong undergraduate record from a leading university
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in everyday work
• High agency, an ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Stable tenure; promotions within one company are a good sign

Hybrid in New York, NY or the San Francisco Bay Area, with roughly three to four days in the office. Visa transfers are considered.
