A startup building AI agents for supply chain and logistics operations is hiring an early member of its customer deployment team. The job is to carry large enterprise clients from first discovery through launch, converting their operational processes into agent setups that automate important daily work.
Your focus
- Run enterprise rollouts from the first discovery sessions and process design all the way to go-live and ongoing success
- Act as the senior contact for high-value accounts, handling stakeholder updates and keeping expectations realistic
- Convert intricate business workflows into agent configurations, working alongside the delivery engineers
- Juggle one to three demanding accounts at once, each on its own timeline, with travel around a third of the time
- Contribute to the playbook that guides rollouts, among the people forming this function from the ground up
About you
- One to three years in a client-facing job where you implemented software for large enterprise customers, ideally with a consulting, business operations or similar background
- Executive presence and excellent English communication, with regular exposure to VP and C-suite audiences
- Technical comfort around language models, API integrations, JSON data and SQL, plus the ability to map a customer process onto an agent design
- Ease with ambiguity, a long and intense work week, and travel at short notice
