JOB SUMMARY
A well-funded AI & creative tools startup is seeking a Product Operations Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science. The role focuses on analyzing user-support data, building dashboards, and providing actionable insights to Product, Sales, and Engineering teams in a hybrid San Francisco environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, enhance, and maintain self-serve dashboards and reporting tools for non-technical teams.

Establish unified metrics taxonomy for service-health and performance, with automated pipelines and scorecards.

Analyze model usage, feature-level engagement, and adoption trends.

Conduct bespoke deep-dive analyses and deliver strategic recommendations to leadership.

Prototype quickly using tools like ChatGPT, Jupyter notebooks, and Retool before hardening with Engineering.

Collaborate with Engineering on predictive models and experimentation, translating results into operational recommendations.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in prioritizing and delivering insights and reporting end-to-end.

Contribute to the long-term design and scalability of analytics workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, ideally supporting customer support or operations teams.

Expert-level SQL skills.

Experience at a reputable company and early-stage startup experience.

Willingness to work in San Francisco 3 days/week.
