JOB SUMMARY

A growing professional services firm is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support across hardware, software, and mobile devices. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, supporting end-users, and maintaining technology systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior law firm or professional services experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Support video conferences via Teams and Zoom.
  • Maintain and track equipment inventory.
  • Document support activity in the firm’s ticketing system.
  • Occasionally travel to other offices and support office buildouts/expansions.
  • Provide shift coverage or extended hours as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word), and iManage (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adhere to established procedures.
  • Strong documentation discipline.
  • Law firm or professional services experience preferred.

EDUCATION

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
