JOB SUMMARY:

A rapidly growing FinTech/AI company is seeking multiple Frontend / Product Engineers to help build next-generation user-facing applications for financial services. The role is ideal for engineers from high-growth startups who enjoy building sophisticated yet intuitive software products in fast-paced, innovative environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Design and build user-facing product interfaces with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and intuitive applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable code using TypeScript, React (Next.js), and related frameworks.
  • Leverage Python for backend integrations and full-stack contributions as needed.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making, architecture design, and code reviews.
  • Rapidly iterate on product features to improve usability and customer experience.
  • Stay aligned with product vision, ensuring technical solutions meet both user and business needs.

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Work closely with leadership to shape the company’s engineering culture and technical standards.
  • Participate in end-to-end product development cycles including ideation, prototyping, testing, and production.
  • Support the scaling of infrastructure and processes as the company grows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4–10 years of software engineering experience with a bias toward frontend/product work.
  • Prior experience at high-growth, VC-backed startups (Series B–E or similar environments).
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field; strong academic background preferred.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Python.
  • Strong experience building elegant, user-focused product interfaces.
  • Understanding of frontend performance optimization and product scalability.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Intellectually curious, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-ownership, fast-moving environments.

PREFERRED TRAITS:

  • Prior experience as an ex-technical founder or engineer at well-regarded startups.
