JOB SUMMARY
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting. The role involves providing comprehensive support to attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist attorneys in managing caseloads, including organization and maintenance of court materials.

Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court documents.

Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and communications with minimal supervision.

Manage dockets, calendars, matter dates, and deadlines.

Review and summarize depositions; prepare deposition digests.

Coordinate and assist with deposition, hearing, motion, and trial preparation.

Support paper and electronic discovery processes, including:

Identifying relevant electronically stored information (ESI).

Drafting and issuing legal hold notices.

Coordinating with clients on identification, preservation, and collection of discovery.

Assisting with processing, reviewing, and coding ESI.

Perform electronic filings (CM/ECF and New Jersey e-filing).
QUALIFICATIONS

College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.

Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with Relativity and Concordance required.

Knowledge of iManage a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
