Job Description
Our client is seeking a creative and data-driven In-App and Email Marketing Manager to lead email marketing campaigns and in-app customer journey initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for continuous improvement through testing and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategy, content, and execution of all email marketing initiatives, including performance analysis.
- Partner with the marketing team to create compelling email content and coordinated campaign schedules.
- Oversee and enhance the in-app customer journey, ensuring clear and effective communication with users.
- Continuously test, evaluate, and improve email and in-app marketing strategies to boost effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze performance data from email and app interactions to inform and improve future campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in executing email marketing and in-app communication strategies.
- Creative thinker with a strong ability to craft and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and optimize results.
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp and a solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals.
- Proficient in Adobe Dreamweaver or similar tools for HTML/CSS editing.
- Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS and a clear understanding of best practices for email design.
- Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
